The poetic universe of Mademoiselle Louise
& Les Enfants Terribles
Some are born under a lucky star, others under a lucky star; I was born to artistic parents. Highly sensitive, I quickly realized I was a sponge for emotions, and after spending a few years in communications, I decided to give my life a new direction
From little girl to artist
A trip to Spain introduced me to this little tradition: gluing certain boxes of figurines into a frame. I found the idea absolutely delightful and soon decided to try my hand at this art .
My original creations thus found their first success within my family. I became passionate about it, having discovered in these little characters a true means of expressing my emotions. My creations became more refined and continue to evolve.
My works, mostly scenes and iconic characters , are constructed using collages made with famous figurines from our childhood. A regressive and quirky style that quickly won over its audience.
My work is inspired by fine craftsmanship, where each gesture is repeated a thousand times until the perfect movement is achieved. The aim is to convey only lightness and make the work seem effortless. Over time, " Mademoiselle Louise & the Terrible Children " has become my signature.
Totally dedicated to this creative work , I am a member of the Maison des Artistes (French artists' association).

A workshop where it's good to create
My workshop is a vibrant space , nestled among the trees and filled with drawers accumulated treasures reside . A lover of papers and their textures , I take great care in selecting them. Occasionally, I hunt for vintage or baroque frames that provide the essential finishing touch to some of my creations.
In life, we impose our own constraints work , the rules are clear: I only sign a piece I am completely satisfied and that reflects my commitment to quality and a definite taste for refinement . I exclusively use accessories and elements from the brand of our iconic figurine , ensuring adherence to their guidelines .
This sometimes results in surprising scenes where a table , a glass ... is transformed into some other object, far removed from its original purpose .
