How to order a custom-made creation?

Fill out the online form detailing your preferences. Upon receipt, I will contact you to discuss pricing and available options. We will then explore different design possibilities that might appeal to you. Once the quote is accepted, the delivery date agreed upon, and a deposit paid, the creation process can begin. After your approval, once the artwork is installed, you will pay the remaining balance. After a few days of drying, your creation will be carefully packaged and shipped via registered mail with Colissimo.  

What are the completion times?

It's difficult to give a timeframe because it depends on the season, the size of your order, and, most importantly, over the past three years I've seen how complicated it can be to fulfill requests after media exposure. I advise my clients to place their orders well in advance, if possible, to ensure they receive their gift on time. However, please don't hesitate to ask me about it, as I can often be very responsive and create a gift at short notice.

Can I choose the characters or themes?

It's even better than that because you approve every single little detail of the project!

How is my order tracked?

Quite simply, because we communicate in real time during its creation, via WhatsApp or messaging, to make it much smoother.

Are the creations unique?

Each creation is unique, even when the themes are common. Each time I start from a blank page, designing my characters based on my inspiration or mood of the day, and especially with the accessories I have on hand.
